Cecil has an open admissions policy, requiring only that students who are applying to take credit classes have a high school diploma or GED.

Applications for admission to Cecil College are available in the Registration Office or in the guidance offices of many local high schools. Financial aid is available to students who qualify. In 2007, Cecil students received more than $2.2 million in grants and scholarships.
