New Student Registration

All new students registering for credit courses are required to discuss registration plans with an academic advisor. The advisor will review assessment results, give information on program requirements, and help select courses to meet individual educational goals. To make an appointment with an advisor, please call 410-287-1000.

Returning Student Registration

Select the credit registration process that is most convenient.

1. Advisor Registration

Returning students are not required to meet with an advisor, but it is highly recommended and very beneficial. Call 410-287-1000 to schedule an appointment.

2. Telephone Registration

After completing registration form, call 410-287-1000 and ask for Registration. Give all information on form to Registration Technician. Call the Cashier's Office at 410-287-1020 and pay tuition bill with credit card the same day that the registration is processed.

3. Fax Registration

After completing registration form, fax the form to 410-287-1001. Call the Cashier's Office at 410-287-1020 and pay tuition bill with credit card the same day that registration is processed.

4. Walk-In Registration

Submit registration form to Registration Technician. The Registration Office is located on the first floor of the Community Cultural Center. Pay bill at Cashier's Office the same day that the registration is processed.

5. Mail-In Registration

Complete registration form, making sure that all prerequisites listed in schedule book are met. Mail registration form to:

Make payment arrangements with the Cashier's Office by calling 410-287-1020.

6. Web Registration

Web registration is available to students who have been assigned a PIN number. Students may access web registration through Cecil College's homepage and clicking on "Campus Web." If you have any questions regarding a PIN number, please call 410-287-1000 and ask for Registration.
