Women's Volleyball Defeats Valley Forge

The women's volleyball team returned from Valley Forge Military with a 3-0 win. Kayla Chambers tallied five kills and six service aces, while Jade Shockley also had five kills. Jessica Behnke and Ashley Gilbert added seven and six aces, respectively, and Ratisha Sweatt contributed four kills, two blocks and five aces.

Women's Volleyball Beats Harford

The women's volleyball team won the deciding fifth game, 15-11, in the 3-2 victory over Harford Community College on Monday, October 12. Becca Stoffer and Jade Shockley recorded nine kills and three blocks apiece for the Seahawks, while Ashley Gilbert had 16 assists and three aces.

Volleyball Updates

The women's volleyball team came up on the short end of a pair of 3-2 matches against Delaware Tech-Terry and CCBC-Catonsville in each of the last two nights. Rebecca Stoffer, Veronica Kolosey, Ashley Gilbert, Jade Shockley, and Kayla Chambers all made key contributions for the Seahawks (2-10). Chambers had 11 kills on Tuesday and Shockley had 17 kills last night. Gilbert distributed 55 assists over the two contests.
