A community development project, co-sponsored by Cecil College, the Cecil County Chamber
of Commerce, and the Cecil County Office of Economic Development, is now accepting applications

Cecil Performance Improvement Network (CPIN)
What is CPIN?
| Cecil Performance Improvement Network is committed to helping organizations improve their effectiveness through
training, information sharing and networking. CPIN provides the opportunity to
interact with other management and business professionals in Cecil County and
the surrounding region. This will enable companies to move toward higher levels
of productivity, customer service and profitability.

How does it work?
| Companies can send up to five employees to the CPIN workshops, which are held every
six weeks in Room 221 of the recently opened Elkton Station. The state-of-the-art
multi-media classroom offers wireless Internet access, outlets at each seat, and
the necessary equipment to play DVDs and give PowerPoint presentations. On-site
company visits are offered and field trips to local businesses are periodically taken. |

All sessions will begin at 8:30 a.m. at Cecil College Elkton Station Rm. 221 unless otherwise notified.

What's the membership?
|
The annual membership fee includes
breakfast at each workshop. New memberships are accepted throughout the year.
The cost is $150 per year for Non-Profit and Government Agencies, $250 for
Cecil County Chamber Members, and $450 Corporate rate.
