Mission Statement

The Purchasing Department of Cecil College seeks to procure needed commodities and services for departments at the lowest ultimate cost consistent with the quality, quantity and delivery specifications. All operations and services provided by the Purchasing Office shall be designed in accordance with College Policies and applicable State and Federal law.
