Non-credit online courses allow you to expand and enhance your educational background when and where it suits your busy schedule. By taking online courses, you can study at a time that is compatible with you personal schedule and still be able to interact with you instructor and classmates.

Cecil College offers a variety of non-credit online classes in computer training, professional development and personal enrichment with many new classes available each semester.

Online courses are offered through Ed-2-Go. If you are not sure about taking an online class, Ed-2-Go provides free online demonstrations. Give it a try! Go to www.ed2go.com/cecil, click on Course Demonstration, and follow the instructions. You will get a feel for what taking an online course is all about and how easy it can be to learn online.

Requirements to take an online course:

• Accessibility to a computer
• Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer

• Check online for titles and continuous start dates
• Online courses consist of 12 lessons given over a six-week time period.
• Each week, you will be given two lessons (one on Wednesday, and one on Friday) that you complete at your convenience.
• There are test that you take when you are ready.
• You can email the instructor with questions about the course material.
• Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate from Ed-2-Go.

• After your registration with Cecil College has completed, you will receive a confirmation letter, via email
• Follow the directions in the letter to finalize the enrollment process
