The Student Government Association (SGA) is an important part of student life.
Upon acceptance into the College, students automatically become members of
the association. All students are encouraged to become active members, so
that the association is a truly representative body of student thought and
opinion, voicing the needs and concerns of the student body.
The SGA's governing body consists of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Senators. Students who serve in these offices are chosen through an election process. Duties of the SGA officers consist of participating in all meetings, being a representative on various college committees, giving monthly updates to the College's Board of Trustees and helping plan activities and fundraisers for the organization.
We are looking forward to an exciting year this year and hope that all students will consider participating in the SGA! Check back often for upcoming events and weekly meeting schedules.
