Students whose applications are selected for verification must document the accuracy of the information provided in the FAFSA. The Financial Aid Office will request signed copies of federal income tax returns, W-2 forms, dependent verification worksheet or the independent verification worksheet, and any other documents that may be needed to complete the verification process. Offers of financial aid will be made after all documents are received and the process is finalized.

Students have to print, complete and return the approriate worksheet to the Office of Financial Aid.
