Cecil College is approved to participate in the Veterans Educational Benefits Programs. VA benefits applications are processed through the Financial Aid Office.
To apply:

• New student should complete an Application for Benefits,
  VA form 22-1990.
• Students who are dependents of a veteran should complete the Application for Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance Form,
  VA form 22-5490.
• Submit a copy of discharge papers, Form DD-214.
• Students who have previously used their benefits at another institution must complete the Change of Program/Place Form,
  VA form 22-1995.
