Associate of Science
The Communication Arts and Technology Option Web Design and Multimedia provides professional quality, hands-on, creative and technical skills for applying principles of web design and multimedia production. Students will develop a strong foundation in web site planning and design, digital image manipulation, multimedia systems, current web technologies and standards, sound, video, and animation. The program helps students transfer to four-year colleges and universities, as well as, initial employment and
career advancement. Students are also prepared to test for Network+ Certification, iNet+ Certification, WOW Certification, and CIW Designer Certification.
The College computer literacy requirement is met through the outcomes and assessment of required courses in the program.
