This program option prepares students to transfer to a four-year institution for continued study in aerospace engineering. Aerospace engineers design, develop, and test aircraft, spacecraft, and missiles and supervise the manufacture of these products. They are concerned with the thermal, mechanical and propulsion requirements of high-speed vehicles and projectiles. Students with a bachelor's degree in aeropsace engineering may continue their education in graduate school or enter industry.
The computer literacy requirement will be met throughout the course work in the degree program
