The On-Site College Program is jointly sponsored by Cecil Community College and Cecil County Public Schools and allows academically prepared students to begin exploring college-level courses and programs while they are still in high school. Eligible students may take regular college classes at their home high schools that will complement their high school schedules. These courses are taught during the students' regular daytime schedules and allow students to get a jumpstart on required college courses. Students must take the appropriate college skills assessments and meet the college standards for enrollment.
