Prospective Students

	The Wizard of Oz Calling all dancers, actors, singers, children, adults, and lovers of The Wizard of Oz!
	When?
	Wednesday and Thursday, June 2-3 at 7 p.m.
	Where?
	The Milburn Stone Theatre Located at Cecil College ˝ mile north of exit 100, I-95
	Audition Info:
	All those auditioning should be prepared to sing 32 bars of a song in the style of the show. An accompanist will be provided. No a cappella or singing with a recording will be permitted. Sheet music must be provided for the accompanist. Be prepared to dance and read from the script.

About the Show:
Venture over the rainbow and travel the yellow brick road with Dorothy, The Scarecrow, The Tin Woodsman, The Cowardly Lion, and Toto, too! As our intrepid quartet go "Off To See the Wizard", they encounter The Wicked Witch, the Great and Powerful Oz, the Munchkins, the Winkies, and even a flying monkey or two…and along the way learn timeless lessons in kindness, love, trust, and faith in oneself. This audience-pleasing family stage musical is based on the classic MGM movie of 1939 starring Judy Garland, based on the story by L. Frank Baum, with music and lyrics by Harold Arlen and E.Y. Harburg. This production will be the version of the script created by the Royal Shakespeare Company in the 1980s, which is most faithful to the characters and plotting from the movie - you will enjoy familiar favorites such as Ding Dong the Witch is Dead and Somewhere Over The Rainbow.

August 13, 14, 20 & 21 at 8 p.m.
August 15 & 22 at 3:00 p.m.
