Reiki philosophy states that inside of each of us is a treasure chest of tremendous and infinite energetic resources. When our energy is low, we tend to feel sick, worn out, and stressed. When it is flowing high, we are healthy, energetic, and feel uplifted. Learning about and working with our energy is a peaceful and harmonizing, yet powerful, practice that is an easy complement to everything.
Reiki is a technique that allows one to spiritually guide Life Force Energy to promote optimum internal communication and energy flow within oneself. It encourages one to release stress and pain and supports the process of healing on all levels. And, it provides a foundation of well-being.
