In addition to campus security, Cecil College Public Safety offers electronic fingerprinting services to the community.
LiveScan Services
Cecil College's Public Safety Department is a Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) authorized private provider to submit fingerprints directly to CJIS for the purpose of obtaining criminal history record checks. All fingerprinting is conducted through LiveScan Fingerprinting and this service is offered to the public.

Preregistration Application
Be sure to complete a preregistration application to bring with you if one has not been provided by your employer or licensing agency. If you don’t have an application, you must have an agency authorization and ORI number from your employer or licensing agency. You must also bring a valid government-issued ID with you for fingerprint services.
Location, Hours, and Appointments
The LiveScan Office is located on the North East campus in the lobby of the Community Cultural Center (Bldg. A), and is open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Evening hours can be accommodated on a case by case basis. Appointments can be made by calling (410) 287-1619, by emailing livescan@nullcecil.edu, or by booking an appointment online.
