Cecil College hosts Leadercast 2024

ELKTON, Md.: The Cecil Leadership Institute is excited to announce the 2024 Leadercast Super Teams I and II broadcast, an essential event for anyone looking to lead healthy, engaged and collaborative teams. This event will take place on Friday, September 27, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Cecil College’s Elkton Station, Room 138.

Attendees will benefit from this comprehensive event featuring two programs designed to inspire and educate, Super Teams I and Super Teams II:

  • Team-Enhancing Panel Discussion: Gain valuable perspectives from industry leaders including Tyson Betts, Design VP for Proctor & Gamble; Kirsten Moorefield, COO at Cloverleaf; Ray Attiyah, entrepreneur and author of Run Improve Grow; and Steve Browne, Chief People Officer for LaRosa’s Family Pizzeria.
  • Dynamic Keynotes: Experience powerful presentations from renowned speakers Julie Bauke from The Bauke Group; Ryan Hawk from The Learning Leader Show; and Paaras Parker from Paycor Corp. They will share concrete principles for fostering dynamic relationships and increasing team engagement and productivity.
  • Super Teams II: Julie Bauke will expand on her keynote, “Lead Yourself.” Drawing on over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and career development, Julie will guide attendees in mastering the art of self-leadership. She will be joined by Jon Sanchez, founder and CEO of Team Performance Institute and a former Navy SEAL, who will delve into “Lead Others” with his R.E.A.L. Leadership framework—Resilience, Evolving Leader, Attitude, and Legacy.

Super Teams I will be presented in the morning followed by a catered lunch. During this time, audience members are encouraged to network, reflect and connect with other to discuss insights from the morning sessions. Super Teams II will immediately follow lunch. Participants will leave the event with practical tools and strategies to enhance their team’s performance.
