Cecil College hosts virtual career fair for job seekers

NORTH EAST, Md. – As Maryland gradually returns to some normalcy with Covid-19 diminishing this spring, Cecil College will host a Virtual Career Fair on Wednesday, March 30, from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. using a virtual network platform to provide an opportunity for students and job seekers to connect with potential employers. This service provides video chat capabilities.
This event is open to the public and all Cecil College students.
There will be more than 25 employers taking part in this Virtual Career Fair to discuss employment opportunities within their organizations, benefits, job requirements, skills being sought, prerequisites and much more. Job seekers will be able to connect to these employers from the comfort of their home.
Job seekers are advised to have a digital version of their resumes which can be transmitted to employers.
Some of the companies scheduled to take part in this career opportunity include: Allan Myers, Bayada Home Health Care, CCRES, Educational & Behavioral Health Services, Cecil County Sheriff’s Office, Child and Family Focus, Inc., Curio Wellness, Exact Staff, IKEA, KeHE Distributors, Lorien Health Services, Montgomery County Police, Ntirety, Placers, Plastipak Packaging, ProScribe, Recovery Centers of America, Sepax Technologies, Inc., Terumo Cardiovascular, The Dixon Group, The Town of Middletown Police Department, University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health, Upper Bay Counseling and Support Services, and West Cecil Health Center.
