SEN. NORMAN WAS BIG SUPPORTER OF CECIL COLLEGE – The late State Sen. H. Wayne Norman Jr., a first-term Republican senator, was a strong supporter of community colleges and Cecil College in particular. The late Sen. Norman and Sen. Steve Hershey presented Cecil College President, Dr. Mary Way Bolt, and Cecil College Vice President of Community and Government Relations, Chris Ann Szep with a resolution in recognition of 50 years of Cecil College delivering excellence in higher education to Cecil County and the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
