Published on January 19, 2024
ELKTON, Md: The Cecil Leadership Institute will once again host the 2024 Leadercast Speaker Series with its next simulcast on Wednesday, Jan. 24, from noon to 2 p.m. at Elkton Station.
The second simulcast of this year’s Leadercast Speaker Series is entitled “Spark,” highlighting constant change and the fact that ideas and projects do not always go as planned. Leaders everywhere realize they must make significant modifications moving forward to achieve their purpose, the ‘Spark.”
Leadercast Spark will be a 90-minute experience highlighting the five stages of transforming an idea into action, including a critical component: the difference between failure and success on a new goal. The presentation features teaching and interactive exercises for your most recent purpose or project.
Brad Wise, CEO of Wolf House Fables, will guide Spark, and he has used this framework to empower Startups, Nonprofits, and Fortune 50 companies to get them unstuck and onto a successful path with new initiatives. Topics of discussion will cover gaining momentum for the new year while reigniting the Spark of collaboration and jump-starting trust and connections.
The Spark simulcast will begin at noon on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2024, with lunch being served until 12:30 p.m. The simulcast will be held in Room 138 at Elkton Station. In case of inclement weather, this event will be held January 31.
Tickets for this event are $29, which includes lunch. CEUs are available. To learn more or register, call 410-287-1078 with course code #BIL351, email lraphael@nullcecil.edu, or visit www.cecil.edu/leadercast.
